When he was unfortunately involved in a road traffic accident that was not his fault, motorist Mr Mohammad sought out legal advice to see if he would be able to make a claim for compensation. With the help of Camps Solicitors he was able to successfully claim personal injuries compensation after his accident. Mr. Mohammad's claim was handled by associate solicitor Martine Hunt.
The accident took place on Leabridge Road in the Leyton area of North East London; Mr Mohammad had come to a stop behind three other cars at a set of traffic lights when he was hit from behind by another driver who was not paying attention. The impact caused Mr Mohammad's car to go into the back of the car in front of him. The impact caused Mr Mohammad to suffer severe whiplash, neck injuries, and injuries to his left arm and leg.
When Camps Solicitors took on Mr Mohammad's compensation claim, we immediately set to work organising his case. One of our client liaison officers was sent to visit Mr Mohammad at his home to help him fill in the paperwork needed to begin his claim. After this paperwork had been returned to Camps Solicitors' offices, Mr Mohammad attended a private medical examination at one of his local hospitals. At this medical examination, Mr Mohammad was seen by a doctor who prepared a report on his injuries that was later used as part of the evidence in his claim.
A very strong case was prepared by Martine and her staff for Mr Mohammad to receive the maximum compensation for the particular circumstances of his accident. Thanks to the work of the Camps Solicitors staff, Mr Mohammad successfully received compensation of nearly £3,400 for his injuries. After he had received his compensation cheque, we contacted Mr Mohammad to get his comments on his experience of making a compensation claim with Camps:
"I was very pleased with Camps Solicitors and the way they handled my case from start to finish. They kept me informed all the way right until the other party paid me out. I would recommend Camps because of their quality service."
