£2,000 for M25 motorway accident compensation claim

Another success for Camps Solicitors after we recovered compensation for a man who received a whiplash-type injury to his neck, shoulders and lower back after having been involved in a car accident that wasn’t his fault at the junction of the M4 and M25 motorways.

Our client, Mr O had been driving down the filter lane of the M4 and on to the slip road going on to the M25. Another vehicle drove into the back of Mr O’s Ford Mondeo, shunting it into the vehicle infront, and damaging all three cars. Mr O, in the middle vehicle, suffered injuries to his neck and back as well as headaches. He contacted Camps Solicitors in order to make a No-Win No-Fee compensation claim for the injuries he had suffered through no fault of his own.

Many years experience handling motorway accident claims

The case was handled by an experience team of Camps staff lead by associate solicitor Ged Jones. Ged has many years experience handling motorway accident compensation claims and this experience meant he was able to run the claim quickly and efficiently, recovering the maximum compensation for our client’s injuries in the shortest amount of time.

After the case had finished, we received the following comments in a letter from Mr O:

"On this occasion I’m so impressed with the service received from everybody involved in my case that I’ve made an exception. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all the people involved over the past twelve months with my whiplash claim following the above accident. The service from everyone has been exceptional, polite, efficient, constructive and professional. I work in the service industry and it is a pleasure to write to people like this rather than the more usual condemnation letter.

Thank you so much one an all from a more than satisfied customer who will be delighted to recommend and sing your praises to all who wish to hear."
